Fantastic
Camden Market is a fantastic place to spend the day shopping. often with the reputation of being more punk, goth or just alternative, there is guaranteed to be something you'll like there.
There is wide range of shops and stalls that sell a wide range of clothes, shoes and accessories.
It often get very busy, not only with the tourists but locals too. With the canal so close, on summer days it can get especially busy.
It is also a place that you can find not only bargains but rare and items as there are many 'second hand' boutiques around.
Camden is a place pulsing with energy and friendly people. There is a wide range of food available from all over the world, which is in keeping with the culture.
I felt a little intimidated the first time i went there but now i love it and go regularly.
Its an absolute must for London!!!!

I recently went to the Harvester in Potters Bar for dinner and found it to be quite nice.
The food was very tasty and value for money and there was a good selection of salad.
Its situated on the edge of Oakmere park which is a lovely setting as the park is pretty. its also located very close to the local bus garage and has plenty of parking to getting there was not a problem.
The building is quite big and very nicely decorated.
The only problem we had is that the bar which runs along side the Harvester is over 21's only. us being 20+ meant that when people arrived, it was not possible for everyone to have a pre dinner drink when waiting for the rest of our party arrived.
Apart from this, we had a highly enjoyab;e evening !

Very Nice
So me and my friend won a competition with Nivea which included a night in the Thistle Marble Arch and i have to say it was very enjoyable.
I am not someone who often go's to posh hotels so i was quite impressed. The rooms were perfectly decked out and the bathroom was lovely. The TV boasted a wide range of channels including foreign language ones.
One complaint i did have was the view. Our room seemed to back onto a concrete square surrounded by tall buildings and it contained several ventilation vent things.
Because we won the stay we couldnt really complain but we know other winners got a perfectly good view of the street.
We had breakfast included and it was the nicest breakfast i've had in a while. There was a wide range of foods including the typical english breakfast, continental breakfasts, yoghurt, fruit salads, muffins, cereal... there was lots. At £15 a time, i think it was worth it (even though thats a lot of money for a breakfast- what would expect for a top hotel in central London)
Overall an enjoyable stay

Ok, well Piccadilly Circus is in the center of London and is quite an iconic sight.
To all those that live in London it is nothing special but it is a must for tourists.
It located just down the road from Leicester Square and Covent garden as well as a short walk to Soho etc.
I guess Piccadilly circus is just one of those places to have your picture taken in. I certainly have and i live in London. Although with this in mind it can obviously get very busy with people.
It has the famous giant light adverts, the Shaftsbury memorial fountain with a statue of Eros as well as the London Pavilion.
If your a tourist, its a must sea sight and not too far from other attractions so well worth a look, and perhaps a photo or two!

Hmmmmm
Well this place is quite strange. To find such a big arcade in the center of London was quite a surprise but what is more shocking is the amount of so called 'Chavs' that congregate there. I know chavs are not exactly uncommon but they do seem to be attracted to Trocadero, which can sometimes be slightly intimidating.
Another problem with Trocadero is the escalators. Now the layout of this place is quite a mystery for me. my friends and I only really go there if we fancy a good go on the dance mats but to get there you have to go all around the whole place up escalators and down stairs. If i hadnt been shown where to go, then i think i would have gotten lost for sure.
However, i guess if your a big gaming and arcade person, this is a good place to go- just dont do anything to start any fights!

Madame Tussauds is a famous attraction and so most people know what to expect.
I went with some friends and found that it made an enjoyable day out- just make sure you have space on your camera!!!
The artistry of the models is amazing. Most of them look so realistic that sometimes you really want to pinch it to make sure! However, some of the models i feel are not very realistic which can be a little disappointing.
Another problem with Madame Tussauds, as with other tourist attractions, is that it can get extremely busy and crowded. This is especially a problem here as so many people are taking pictures all the time. Everyone want the pic with David Beckham so you have to dart in quick and risk people walking in front of the camera.
However, this is not exactly something that can be avoided and it does not have that great an impact on your.
Over all i think it was a very enjoyable day out, even to just experience it once in your life!

Disappointed
I had looked forward to going to the London Dungeons for a while as i like history and scary things but i have to say i was quite disappointed. I didnt find the experience very scary and overall it was actually quite boring. The only time i was "scared" was when one of the 'actors' stood extremely close behind my but to be honest that was just from shock of them being there.
I guess it is kind of unfortunate that the ride that is actually supposed to be good had broken down the day we went so we could not go on, therefore, we were left with a rather short trip there and left feeling disappointed.
I was glad about one thing, and that was that we had buy on get one free tickets so didnt have to pay the full price which i think is over the top.
Over all i think its a nice day out for the kids but dont expect too much!

The Mean Fiddler
This is a very nice venue for a gig as it is quite big but still intimate with an upstairs gallery and bar. I was quite surprised by the cost of the drinks but then i am always a optimist when it comes to this. I've also been to this club on a Friday- which is Rock night and Saturday- which is a more indie and alternative and had an enjoyable night.
The music was good on both nights although rock night did seem to attract a lot of more 'darker' people with black being the main colour of clothing but nothing too shocking.
Apart from the usual high prices of the bar, i found the Mean Fiddler to be a nice place to go- and i would definitely go and see your favourite band there if you get the chance!!!!!!

ROCK
The Underworld is a popular rock club beneath the Worlds End pun in Camden Town.
I first started going here ( i am ashamed to say) when i was underage as it was relatively easy to get in although nowadays they are much more strict, and really enjoyed it. It has two bar areas and and a fairly large dance floor on a slightly lower level with a stage for when bands play.
Friday nights are sort of 80's cheese nights and Saturdays are more "normal" if you can say that!?
There is a huge range of different people that go to the underworld from young 18 year olds to aging rockers.
During the week, they have regular band nights which include some pretty famous names in the past such as Queens of the Stone Age, the Offspring and Placebo as well as undiscovered band nights.
The atmosphere is always pretty good with some moshers at the front but there is always space for the more subdued fan.
Drinks prices are what you can expect in Camden with around £4 a pint but the bar is not usually too busy.
The Underworld is certainly and experience to be enjoyed but not for the delicate!
