This is a fabulous place to have a cup of tea or coffee! The decor and ambiance is just perfect. Its not a coffee shop in the same light as starbucks or cafe nero though. It is self service which makes no difference really. The food here is clearly all freshly prepared and from what i have tasted so far, is all delicious. I love their cakes! Sanwiches too - they use the freshest and fluffiest bread and cram them full to bursting with all manner of delicious fillings. The service, if you can call it that being a self service place, is also good. The staff are really friendly and helpful

Great fry up!
This is what i like. A huge, and i do mean huge, plate of food at a really cheap price. Thats what you can expect to get at Sam's Cafe. I have been to a fair few cafe's of this nature and have always come out feeling bloated and a little sick because of the fattiness and greasyness of the fry ups. For the first time, i don't feel like that with Sam's cafe. Although the food is fried and griddled, some how they manage to remove the greasyness of it. Now i only feel bloated and sick because of the quantity of delicious food i eat! Their coffee is also good for a cafe (but obviously not as good as a coffee shop!)

Amazing coffee!
I agree with the two previous reviews. It doesn't look great from the outside, but once you get past that and wander in, the amazing aroma of the most perfect coffee beans just hits you. It has a very cosy and relaxing atmosphere, i almost fell asleep once, it made me so relaxed! Didn't think coffee was meant to have that effect! It tastes so smooth and delicious though, a really creamy taste with even semi skimmed milk and their latte's and cappucino's are to die for! Prices are around average for a coffee shop and the service is also quick and friendly. love it!

Perfection
Its not everyday you see a financial advisor ask if he can sit down at the table with a couple of builders and then have them all chatting away over breakfast. But that is what you will regularly see at mario's cafe. But this is what you will regularly see here. The food is cooked to perfection (for this type of food!) and there is a fantastic choice on offer so you won't be short of choice! Perhaps there is too much on offer, i find myself standing there for a while pondering what to have - its all delicious! Their coffee is also fantastic!

I love Starbucks....a little too much
I actually agree with clubby2. I got into the habit of having a coffee on the way to work everyday. I then started having one at lunchtime "just because" and yet another on the way home as i was tired. All that cafeine was great at the start but the headaches started and i had to cut back on my addiction to starbucks. The money it saved me over the month is ridiculous! I can't believe how much i was spending - especially as i was having a cake here and there, plus a sandwich from them at lunchtime. Don't get me wrong, i love starbucks with all my heart, its just too much coffee was getting bad for my health!

First Class Indian
I think Memsaheb is without doubt a first class indian restaurant. It really is! The decor is not your usual curry house, its a professional restaurant. The service here is perfect, you are given a fantastic welcome when you are seated and you feel valued as a customer. The serving / waiting staff are so friendly and helpful - they are more than willing to help you choose the perfect dish. Its also a fantastic place for a romantic meal with your loved one - the lighting is spot on and although it can get busy, you still feel as though you have your privacy

Fantastic thai!
I really like thai food and have been to a quite a few restaurants before. I can honestly say that Suk Saran is the best i have ever been to. The place is certainly an upmarket thai restaurant without any doubt. From the decor to the food, the quality is apparent. I can't tell you how delicious the food is, it just doesn't do it justice! Unlike other thai's which add spice for hotness, Suk Saran is all about taste without burning the flesh from your mouth. There is a fantastic choice of food and all will be happy. The service is also first class - really attentive without being in your face

Great food weird location!
I can't rave enough about how fantastic Mosaica @ the factory is! We had such a fantastic time! Usually i find that when something is overhyped, the reality never ever lives up to the hype. However, for once i was proven wrong and Mosaica did, in bucket loads. I was shocked at how delicious the food was. We had to wait an absolute age however in order to make a booking - weeks in advance. I'm usually the type of person that just turns up somewhere because i fancy a particular meal. You certainly can't do that here - you'll never ever get it! The food is made by gods and the service, even though its by students, is impeccable

I liked lots and lots!
When i first saw some of the items on Rossopomodoro's menu i couldn't help but giggle! Some of them are unusual but all do sound delicious (i won't spoil it for you!). When my partner and i went it was quite busy, but the staff still immediately seated us and were so friendly and welcoming. They were fantastic! The decor of the place is one of coolness and sophistication yet traditionally italian. Bit of a weird mix but it works so well. The menu is huge and there are so many different things to try. We have been back a few time and the food is always cooked perfectly

Really enjoyed it!
If you ever get the chance to have your meal upstairs, i say you should go for it! The view is fantastic and will really make a romantic meal become a fabulous one, especially in the evening with the london lights. I can;t rate it highly enough! Its also always a good sign when you see italian customers eating in an italian resaurant - it proves the food is authentic! This is exactly the case with this particular Strada. When we went there were several italian customers. The food here is gorgeous and i love their pizza's! Prices are also fair considering the area
