Don't let the name fool you, Grint's isn't just for indulging on cakes!

Its an absolutely fabulous coffee shop. And yes, it is really open at 7am, so you can grab a delicious tasting coffee and a wonderful cake on the way to work!

The coffee really is amazing, its so smooth and the aroma is first class.

They sell all manner of cakes and other goodies, so you really must try them!

Their bacon rolls are also amazing - such crispy bacon - my mouth is watering just writing this review!

I regularly visit this shop, i'd advise you to do the same!

An Italian restaurant which all others should aspire to!
I love Italian food and have sampled a fair amount in my time! When I first visited this restaurant, I didn’t expect anything special, although I had heard good reviews from friends and colleagues.
I’m so glad I went because I absolutely loved it. The food was so delicious, some of the best I’ve ever had in an Italian restaurant. I have returned a number of times and each time tried something new. I’m still surprised how they can deliver such a wonderful meal which tastes so good every time!
I’d also recommend the house wine, cheap and surprisingly good!

This coffee shop is quite literally out of this world! You’d be forgiven for thinking it was nothing special, that it was just the same as hundreds others in the area. However, once you step through the doors, you are greeted by an aroma of the smoothest coffee in the area!

The staff know exactly how to get the best out of their coffee beans and do it with a smile too. Service is quick and efficient and the surroundings of the coffee shop is relaxing to say the least!

Prices are as you would expect and so is the menu. However the taste far exceeds their competitors!

Hurrah! Its a starbucks I thought as i spat out the filth i'd just purchased from Caffe Nero (never go there by the way). Starbucks, although on every corner in every town, is a brand name which deserves its reputation of good coffee. ... or so i thought.

Again, like Caffe Nero, i have always been impressed by the franchises in other towns. But again, not so with this one in brighton.

Service was really slow and they seemed annoyed that i had dared to venture into the cafe. God knows how they expect to stay in business if they hate all their customers as much as they hated me. Given the chance i'm sure they would have added something extra to my coffee. If thats what you can call it. Not good at all. I'd recommend going to an individual cafe - at least they appreciate your custom

Yes, its another Caffe Nero. Another franchise and another coffee shop in Brighton. How many do we actually need!!

Maybe that has biased my review, but i'd say probably not. I always used to rave about Caffe Nero in other towns but never actually went to one in my home town.

I have always been pleased with the coffee in other caffe Nero's, a smooth taste and service with a smile.

This was what i was expecting from Brighton's Nero, but alas it was not to be. The coffee was literally thrown at me, they even spilt some and of course no apology. The service was absolutely terrible. It was so bad i am acutally boycotting all Caffe Neros from this point on.

It was god awful, avoid like the plague (which i'm sure i caught here as well so be careful)

Its great that you have a choice of two fantastic chocolate shops within throwing distance of each other! 'The other one' is very arty and understandable expensive as a result.

Montezuma's is far cheaper and not as arty. However thats not a criticism.

This is a traditional chocolate shop. With chocolate made by hand with one purpose and one purpose alone. To be eaten. Savoured. Enjoyed. Devoured. Rubbed over your partners naked body and licked off.....

This isn't chocolate thats a work of visual art, its chocolate thats lovingly hand made where the only art is in the taste. Its gorgeous in that respect.

If its a choice between the two, i say chose this one above all else

This was actually the first time i have ever had thai, and i'm glad it was the Little Buddha that i visited first.

First off, as will nearly all places in Brighton, don't expect to be able to park nearby! But it is worth a short walk from the car park!

Service was exceptional, it couldn't be faulted. Attentive without being overly so, it just appeared they wanted us to enjoy the meal and have everything we wanted available. Not something i've experienced before!

Food was also fabulous - it couldn't be faulted. A bonus is being able to bring your own wine - it means you can make sure you have the perfect bottle with the perfect meal

I love the name of this ice cream parlour! Not as much as i love their goodies though.

If you like ice cream / frozen yoghurt, you will think you have died and gone to heaven! All manner of different tastes are catered for, with a massive choice you will never know what to have!

I personally go for a fruit based one rather than chocolate - its so much more refreshing.

If i were you, i'd also try their hot chocolate - wow!

Staff are friendly and are in no rush to make you decide - just take all the time you want!

I was a bit shocked by the last review saying they were infested by all manner of things - made me think twice about putting a review. However i can only be honest and i don't know anything about what the previous review say. Neither did i see any evidence of that. If there was an infestation, surely you would see some sign?!

Anyway, i found it to be chocolate heaven, or hell, whichever route you prefer to take!

Tastes were fabulous with a price tag to match!

However i would certainly go back and sample some other chocolately goodness, and will be keeping a close eye out for anything else!

Great Staff!
Don't let the paint job put you off The Greys, its actually really nice inside! Wow, someone is colour blind!

This is an individualist pub, with lots of individuals inside! However all are friendly and you are certainly made to feel welcome.

The staff are fabulous (especially that brunette - wow!) and again they know a thing or two about customer service.

The quality of food is ok, nothing fantastic but still nice. However don't expect much choice if you are a vegetarian as a friend of mine is who joined me for a meal there.

Prices are cheaper than the main town so i'd definately recommend it!
