A great place for first year students to live
Penbryn Hall is a great place for new students to spend their first year. The rooms are some of the largest available in any of the university owned accommodation, and include a wash basin and plenty of storage space. The hall is catered so that means the kitchens are very basic as the university would rather you take the meals package and eat in the restaurant. Each corridor has 20 rooms, which means you are guaranteed to meet loads of new people before you’ve even started your course. The kitchen area and bathroom are cleaned daily by the cleaning staff, and if you’re really lucky they’ll even do your washing up! Penbryn has recently been refurbished, and all rooms now have double glazing and network points so you can connect your PC to the internet for free.
