Cantonese Food, clean, pleasant service
Located in Shangrila Hotel, the restaurant offers a quite long menu of chinese traditional food along with a long list from the chef recommandations. So it took me quite some time to choose for something, until i finally asked the waitress for her recommandation: the Beijing Duck!!! Even though the whole duck costs 60 euros, we negotiated for half a duck for half the price, and half a duck was even enough for 2 people as we ordered other meals. I wasn't disappointed, the duck is served in some thin blinis with vegetables and a delicious sweet sauce. Don't worry the waitress will prepare everything in front of you from cutting the duck to serving it in the blinis. The other meals were also quite good but not the best i have tried in some other chinese restaurants except for the duck, just go for it! besides the food, very nice service and good decor.

Cozy lounge, great music, good view
My friend Sarah (sbl) and I have to agree that the roof in Trigoly is just one of the best club scene we have been to. The Trilogy has three floors, the two first floors have a nice decoration (Arabic Style) but usulally a very lousy music. However, the last floor (on the roof!) just rocks. First you have a great view of the Burj Al Arab Hotel which turns multicolor at night, then the scene is just comfy and relax when there is not too many people. You can sit under small arabic tents in which you can smoke chicha listening to a very nice lounge music. To end with a good impression, the service is great and will remember you if you tip them a little. One disadvantage though, the roof closes during hot season due to the extreme heat.

One of the best restaurant i have been in dubai so far, the food was just amazing. As well good service and average decor, very pricy restaurant but the food is worth it. Do not miss the lobster, just heaven...
