Real food
THis restaurant is located in Hoxton square and serves Greek food.
I have been several times in the Real Greek & Mezedopolio for dinner and always I have had a really good time there.
The restaurant is placed in an old building with high ceiling and the ambiance is really nice.
The food is also very good, especially the dishes for share (meze) that come in a tray with several levels. The vegetarian one is very good with the typical greek dishes (hoummus, taramasalata, etc...). The meat one is also very tasty as well.
They have some greek beers that are a good acompaniament to the food.
There are also a shared plate of dessert that is a good value for money.
The average price is very reasonable.

This Gourmet Burger Kitchen is a very central branch located in the herat of Covent Garden.
The restaurant offers a big variety of burgers from classic ones to more sophisticated ones like vegetarian, boar or even buffalo.
The restaurant is quite big and has a good decoration and a good quantity seats.
The hamburgers are really tasty and well done and there are also salads and good side dishes like fries or olives.
The beer is very expensive and they only have bottle beer.
I love the food that they serve, this place is really nice to go with friends and have an informal lunch.

Dim Sum
The Ping Pong restaurant is specialized in dim sum (small pieces filled with meat, vegetables or meat and usually steamed or fried). The variety of dim sum in the menu is very good and there are some fixed menus that allow you to choose easily.
Their teas are really good and tasty and very special.
The price is quite cheap, the food is very original and it's very funny to have lunch there if you are with friends beecause it's quite informal.
The restaurant is overcrowded sometimes and the tables are very near one to the others.
The waiters are a little rude sometimes.
The quantity of the fixed menus is a bit small for the price.

Hotel Chocolat
The Hotel Chocolat store in Kensington has an amazing selection of chocolates in different presentations: I like a lot the chocolate bars with different ingredients added, they are really tasty and visually very attractive.
They have a lot of gift sets composed of different products like chocolate bars, jams, chocolate pasta, chocolate liquors, etc.. always with chocolate!
Their products are really good for give as a present but they are also a bit pricey. I think the products worth it because the quality is very good and you can find very special things.
They have good offers in sales that make their products more affordable.

Neal's Yard
Neals Yard Salad Bar is placed in a lovely place and is located very central in the heart of Coven Garden.
The square is full of colours and plants, and the ambient is very calm. That’s hard to find so being so close to Covent Garden market.
They have many tables inside and also outside, with heaters in case it gets cold.
Any kind of juices, smoothies and cafes are available, and of course, tasty desserts to go with them. They also have more food, but I haven’t tasted yet. The prices aren't cheap and don't accept credit cards with is a mess.

Nice pub
The Lamb and the Flag is a pub located close to Covent Garden market. It is situated in a quiet street but the pub is always very crowded.
It’s an old pub with good food (sandwiches, salads, roasts), good beer (even the Japanese kirin ichiban) and it is not very expensive.
A good place to stay for a while, the ambient is really nice.
Depending on the hour and the day, you may struggle to even get inside.
Some tables and chairs in the dinning floor are too old, meaning a bit uncomfortable and the condition of the pub is not very good, when it is raining you can see water falling from the ceiling.
It has no beer garden.

Nando's
This Nando's branch is located not far from London Bridge tube station. The restaurant is situated in an old tunnel and some tables have amazing views of the river.
The food is not very special, a lot of chicken dishes and some hamburgers, pitas and sandwiches. The burgers are quite small and not specially tasty.
The staff is friendly but seem to be very tired.
The food is quite spicy which is strange because the Portuguese food is not used to be spicy.
They have a free refill policy in the soft drinks that is a good value for money.

Lord Stanley
The Lord Stanley is located very near to Camden Road in a very quiet street. It serves a good variety of beers and wines (shown in blackboards hanging in the walls) that change frequently.
There are tables with chairs, a big sofa and even a piano. In summer they open the beer garden that is really nice decorated with mirrors and lights and it is very cosy.
The food is nice and very tasty but also expensive.
On the other hand the drinks are quite expensive and the staff is not very good, almost every week there is different people and you have to wait ages to be served.

Itsu
The Itsu restaurant offers Japanese food. Most of their dishes are sushi and sashimi based but they also have soups (noodles, miso, etc) and some vegetable and meat dishes.
The restaurant is quite busy at lunchtime because of being located in the city of London. There are a lot of dishes available to take away and they come with all the usual extras (wasabi, ginger, soy sauce,...).
The prices are a bit expensive considering that the quantity of food is not very high but the quality is very good. The selection of sushi is a bit boring because most are salmon or tuna ones.

Wasabi in Moorgate
Wasabi is located in Moorgate and serves Japanese food to take away (well, I think when there is good weather they have a pair of tables outside in the pavement).
They have hot dishes like noodles and rice but also a very good selection of sushi. In the last times the selection of prepared dishes of sushi and sashimi has been improved a lot and now there is a huge variety choose from.
The prices are very reasonable and you can find a lot of dishes around a fiver.
They also sell wasabi peas (that are a really delicious snack) and some drinks.
