Top Italian Food
Great place, friendly staff and best of all fantastic and authentic Italian cooking. Gets a bit noisy upstairs due to all the hard surfaces. Despite being slightly off the main thorough fare it gets surprisingly busy but that is probably due to the great cuisine.

This is a poor example of a chain that has slipped progressively over the years (although the smoking ban may help). There decaf coffee is a testimony to disinterest, should be tried just to see how bad it can get. Have you no pride?

A dingy, poky little cafe in an otherwise good location. Doesn't have the quality of Costa but sadly it still retains the ludicrous pricing.

Excellent to both eat in and take away. Three downsides 1) limited menu choices that doesn't seem to change, 2) can become uncomfortably loud and 3) queues. Otherwise, great.

You must try the raw juice, healthy and tasty at the same time.

Excellent atmosphere and pretty good food. This is how chains should be run, stylish, clean and reliable (bordering on good) food. Also good for kids.

I do hear some strange rumours about how they pay their waiting staff (under minimum wage made up in tips). If these turn out to be true, everyone should boycott this company.

Great location for a restaurant, must be fantastic on a summers evening. Sadly the food is not good, the service is unfriendly and to top it off it is expensive. However go just for the venue.

What a dull menu and it hasn't changed in decades? Also they used to have some extremely dubious payment practices for their staff. Lovely venue and you get what you see, albeit that isn't going to get you very excited. Where it does come up trumps is for children.

Nothing at all good to say about this place. Lousy atmosphere, large quantities of dreadful food (ladled with mayonnaise and dressings to disguise the quality of cooking), loud music. There is one certainty it will never get better. Just don't do it!

Very nice ambiance it a stylish setting. Shame the food isn't that great and the coffee even worse (avoid). Having said that well worth a visit.
