Typical american decor, typical american food. Nothing special, ribs were ok. Nice informal place to pop over for a quick filling meal. Wouldn't purposely go here unless I lived nearby. Good value for the portions.

Delicious
This is a fantastic restaurant, a bit pricey but what you would expect for the location and the ambience. The menu is small but absolutely delectable. Every dish we tried was great, service was lovely.

Great bite sized food
This is a great informal restaurant, with yummy small portions of food perfect for sharing. Make sure you come before the huge dinner crowd during the weeknights as you can't be seated until all your party is there. So a bit of a bother with big groups, but worth the wait. The service is spot-on.

Unusual menu
This restaurant serves some crazy meats, definitely come here with an open mind as you may be tempted by peacock, gnu, beatles, scorpions. It's definitely an experience and with the kitschy decor and great service, it's a pretty cool experience.

Save yourself the cash
This is an overpriced restaurant selling itself on a gimmick. The food here is worse than average though the sensation of eating completely in the dark is something different. Though not sure this experience is worth 40 quid with questionable cuts of meat and soggy overcooked vegetables.

Not impressed
Came here for the chinese new year banquet - not impressed at all. Chinese food was nothing special, service was lacking and ambience poor. Would not bother coming back though have heard their dim sum is better. It's too far to trek out for average chinese food, maybe if you're in the neighbourhood or live in the area.

Basic japanese
Ok Japanese food, it's mainly for the lunch crowd wanting a quick take-away. Menu consists of basic japanese, though not done particularly well. The sushi leaves something to be desired. The ordering process is frustrating during peak hour as people crowd around waiting for their number to be called. I don't think its worth the wait, so much for the express canteen.

Lively and crowded
Always a line to get here during peak hour, it's a canteen-feel restaurant, quite cosy as you end up sharing the table with other patrons. The thai food is fairly average, the curry nothing to write home about but it's got a good vibe and the service is pretty good. Papaya salad was one of the better dishes here.

Old school
Love the old school decor. Good ambience, quiet, classy. Hungarian food was good, great selection to choose from. Lovely charming service. Average value, it's a nice place to check out.
