Well I can't comment on the quality (or otherwise) of the massage that is available here as I never even got that far!

Having booked an appointment for a Saturday morning I arrived 10 minutes early, hung around for 50 minutes until a physiotherapist finished with a client and, wondering why I was still sat there looking bored, made some enquiries (there's no receptionist, you see, which also means that you have to wait around outside the locked door until someone finishes a session and lets you in - don't book one an appointment for a rainy day!).

Anyway the physio couldn't reach anyone and so left some answering machine messages...for the therapist and at the Battersea office...at which point we both agreed that I may as well go home.

Luckily for everyone concerned I have nothing better to do on my weekend after a long week in the office...

Who knows - if you book an appointment and someone actually turns up to see you then maybe they're quite good. But I'm not convinced I can waste any more time finding out!!

I'd be keen to know if anyone has either experienced similar problems or on the other hand can recommend the treatment you eventually get.
