One of a handful of places that don't take reservations, it is worth your while waiting for a table at R&A.

Serving up food (I had the scallops) that is truely delicious, this restaurant is a wonderful place to eat. Fresh fish being their speciality, but an extended menu to cater for the less fish-friendly amongst us, the food is a pleasure. However, what makes a meal an event is the setting. Beautiful lighting, unfussy walls and simple tables, this restaurant feel intimate but not cluttered or overstyled.

The cocktails were spot and the service excellent. A bit off the main drag in Soho, this restaurant is well worth a visit.
