Very popular good value restaurant
This is probably one of our favourite eating places in Basildon. Food is fairly standard choices, well cooked but made more interesting by the lovely salad bar. Very good value especially with the Early Bird offers so can get very crowded with up to 2 hour wait for a table at the weekend.

Nicer Than Average McDonalds
This is part of the new refurbished food court in the Eastgate Foot Court and therefore is much nocer than the average McDonalds. Staff are happy to bring food over to the table, warm baby food etc, no presure to vacate tables either when finished your meal.

Nice food, although not a particularly clean or well kept restaurant. Staff very friendly although not particularly good at checking that you have the right food. Last 2 times we have visited here for a takeaway, we have left without vital parts of our meal that the staff have simply forgotten to pack in the bag.

Cheap food but chaotic kids play area...
My kids have been here for several parties, and we have dined here once as a family but.... never again! The food is cheap, basic, kids thought it ok but neither adult was keen on finishing theirs. My main complaint is about the kids play area which is at best chaotic and at worst dangerous. Kids of all sizes and ages are in a giant play area together, supposed supervised by staff ( you pay extra for the kids play and you cannot see the area from your table) and even very tiny kids wander in and out around the diners without anyone noticing. Never again!
