Why Do I need an EPC - HIP to rent or sell my home? Is it a tax? Will it Help my family?

EPC's are a direct outcome of the European Union Directive 2002/91/EC inspired by the KYOTO PROTOCOL whose aim is to cut energy consumption and ecological deterioration, due to CO2 emissions. About 27% - 40% of UK energy consumption results from domestic uses, from lighting, heating, air-conditioning, and other household uses. The issuance of EPCs will be a concrete step in curtailing this massive consumption. Extremely Helpful Informative Advice
Hi Everyone,

My wife came down with flu and speaking to a chinese friend in Shanghai, China via Skype I decided to hunt down some medicine for her from our nearby chinese Acupuncture and Herb Clinic. Our friend suggested simply buying ginger and approaching the shop I was told that they did stock ginger, but dried ginger. I was told that dried ginger would not be the same benefit and advised to go to a local supermarket. They did have two different cold recipes, but never forced them on me! I told them I would call back if I did not gain any ginger, but did and my wife recovered in two days. Simply cut ginger into small pieces, add hot water and drink with sugar to taste. I tried it and it is a nice drink for any office IT worker to try, even in Trusted Places. I passed the shop and the owner was delighted she had recovered. The moral is just ask and you will find ha! ha! Hun gow shin kur nee shau qua. xiexie. Nice to talk with you and THANK YOU (last line in English)

Brilliant Frozen Bargains
Hi Everyone,
Brilliant shop for bargains. You have £1 or £2 or £3 choices and if you have a big freezer then fill it here. Yes, stock up for Xmas at a fraction of the cost! It is a shop with a wide choice so you are not limited to say one brand, we enjoy there version of Magnum ice creams on a stick, strawberry cheese cake, apple pie ice cream and lots of big size vegatables and lamb mince at reasonable prices. yes, it is a place to shop for those partiers because for £5 you can buy a party pack with pork pies, sausage rolls and others savories. Worth a look!

Hi Everyone,
A good place in the credit crunch to gain groceries with low prices and quality. We are amazed at their cocktail sausage rolls with such taste of herbs and spices that other supermarkets would sell for £3.99 they sell for £1.59. Same with cans and sauces, it may not be your choice, but like most shops you can buy some good DIY stuff reasonable. Food is good value, soaps and household materials are very reasonable and the staff are very "Swedishly sincere", friendly and helpful. At present there is a free stuffed dog if you collect 40 stamps. You get a stamp for each £5 spent, so a free dog with every £200 of groceries, which in today's shopping soon adds up, hence nice stuffed dog for all the ladies, my wife loves em!

The Best Chinese in York for Value
Hi Everyone,
We have been five times and enjoyed the meal each time. You help yourself so if you take a friend, you know that three different appettites will be full when you leave. Food hot and well cooked, never burnt! Never cold! The staff are friendly, well spoken chinese and if you know some chinese (Mandarin like myself) they will join in and speak. Welcome smiles and good value. My wife and I spent less than £20 with two plates of food each, dessert for me and two pints of lager. Wine is slightly cheaper than most restaurants. Best times to enter are 12.00pm noon for lunch and before 6pm to gain lowest prices, although it is open until midnight. Well Done jumbos we will be back again!

Very Friendly Staff
Hi Everyone,
Just proves what difference people do make to a visit to a pub for a meal and drink. We visited this place and a member of staff was so courteous to my wife and did his job with a sense of fun and we had a few laughs. The beer was brilliant and lager fine. The company when we visited was friendly, sociable and really good fun, not like the rowdy's found in some city centre pubs on Saturday nights. In all the experience was enjoyable and we all left to go home, rather than wanting to get away from the place.We paid the bill and left amused and wanting to return.

Good Value Competitor
Hi Everyone,

A new competitor for Poundland, a separate company with similar lines and some good bargains. Nothing asstounding in value so far, but just opened in the last few weeks, so expect to see better value next year. Located in Coney street, where as Poundland is in Petergate, York. The staff were friendly, though it was packed with shoppers near Christmas. Bargains were in chocolates, Xmas stocking and tree decorations. DVDs were reasonable quality at £1 as is everything priced in the shop at £1 per item. Good to have two £1 per item shops in the City of York. My advice is to keep calling in and I hope someone else reviews this shop in 2009 to review how others see it in The New Year. If its price and quality then you may be surprised what you can find in these Pound shops.

Hi Everyone,
The reason you should shop here is spontaneous bargains, you can visit one day and see cheap items, but go another day and you can buy amazing bargains!

My wife bought a pair of women's trainers for £1 and because they didn't fit, she sold them for £4 and everyone was happy as they were good trainers. I have bought camera tripods, DVDs, Chocolates Toblerone's and Xmas stuff for £1. If you want anything just wait! Bought hardback books of TV series for £1. Bought Hammerite paint worth £7 a tin from B & Q for £1. It just depends when you visit so wait and visit again and again!

Good Value January Sales
Hi Everyone,
Just want to say that that I bought a HP AMD 64 Dual Processor Laptop in January Sales 2008 and have been delighted! Look out for January Sales 2009. Why?

Well I updated from Vista Home to Vista Ultimate and lost my router connections via wireless. Asked the staff to sort it out for me and for free I was told just get your wife to download new drivers for Ultimate and everything will be ok! It was AMAZING! Really good graphics, better media and they could have easily charged me £60.

Worth looking around and buy in January, I saved £120 off the same laptop. I often call in to see how technology is improving and I have NEVER been pestered into buying, so I recommend it!
