French cuisine for ever!
One place in London where I had the chance to find good french cuisine was in Bloody French at Notting Hill. The restaurant is quite small with big shared wooden tables but the atmoshpere is friendly. I tried the pumpkin soup which was excellent and as a main course the boeuf bourguignon which was equally tasty. The price is a bit high but it really worths trying it even for once!

Astonishing London view!
If you are looking for combining a glass of champagne with a perfect view in London, then Vertigo 42 champagne bar is the answer!It is situated in Tower 42, the tallest building in the City of London, and more precisely at its very last floor (42th!). The atmoshpere is very romantic and you can definetely admire from the top the most hot sightseeings of London such as Tower Bridge, Big Ben and London Eye to mention a few. Really good choice to go just after the sunset, and don't forget to make a reservation even 2 weeks before going if you are interested in a specific date!

Nice Indian tapas restaurant!
My first experience with Indian cuisine was at Imli restaurant a week ago. I have to say I liked it more than I expected evn though what we got was really spicy!! The atmosphere was nice, maybe a bit more noisy than it should. When it comes to the service it was pretty fast and friendly!
Musts: aubergine with rice!!

Best fish and chips ever!
This is a place where a trendy crowd gathers in the weekends for a coffee or lunch. At 202 I have eaten the best fish and chips ever in London! As a greek new-comer in London I had no positive thoughts on British cuisine but when I tasted 202's fish and chips I must admit I didn't know what to say! However my friends' food was not as good so I give 4 stars for the atmosphere, crowd, and -of course- fish and chips!

Eating in the complete darkness!!
Being in "Dans le Noir" restaurant is a unique and at the same time weird experience. I have been in the one in Paris (near Pompidou) but since last year there is also one in London. Really strange feelings when you have to eat in a room where you can't see even your hand in front of your face. You order before entering the dark room and the people who lead you to your table and who serve you are semi blind. You have to use a lot your sense of touching in order to find things on your table and your plate. The food is pretty good even though a bit expensive. Bad choice if you are claustrophobic but good choice if you want to experience how blind people feel when eating in a restaurant and how our other senses get more active in a situation like that.

Amazing view bar-restaurant
On the 59th floor of the Tour Montparnasse you can enjoy your glass of wine with a view to the Eiffel Tower under the music of a live piano. Good choice to be there just before the sunset or even at night where you can admire the city of light better than anywhere else.
