Everyone has been wondering why there were no quality restaurants in Hastings - now suddenly there are two!, this one 'Soupcon' and 'St Clements' in St Leonards - old town hastings has up and come!

Soupcon is a small (booking essential)busy and friendly place right on the quaint old town high street. The food is British/French with a South African twist, well cooked and presented: Fresh fish from the local (sustainable) fishing fleet and meat dishes.

Probably the best 'Indian'
The best 'Indian', well Pakistani, food place in London: Grilled meats, fish and non-meat dishes. Simple, fast and good. Becoming well known so may not be so good for that long?
