The facilities look lovely and the sales team were nice and not at all pushy, but I had a problem with their creche (not very consistent with their safety procedures and gave out wrong info ref Ofsted report) and the management were totally disinterested in resolving it. Cancelled my membership without ever actually getting to use the club, £200 poorer. Wouldn't recommend, I'm afraid, esp if you're a parent.
