Y bedol located in bethel near caernarfon is a local village pub. Recently come under new management and is gaining ground again.

Really big spacious pub and loads of parking spaces. You can sit outside as well which is always a bonus at summer time.

The have a good chef on board so the food is good quality. You can get a traditional Sunday roast 2 courses for £9.25 and that is served between 12-2 on Sunday afternoon.

They welcome families so you’re sure to have a great friendly welcome. Staff are friendly and willing to help which is always a bonus.

I would really recommend you check it out for a nice lunch and entertainment.You won't be dissapointed im sure.have fun guys

One of the bets McDonalds i have visited. The bets thing about this McDonalds is that the food is fresh and the tastiest ever.

Located on the way into Bangor on Caernarfon Rd,about 2 miles from the town centre so not in a good location really. Its on the outskirts of the town and if you going into Bangor especially for a McDonalds your in for a walk. Its situated in a good place if your going to the outskirts to such shops as JJB or PC World. The big shops on the border of town.

Lovely food here. I would say Caernarfon and Bangor stores have a high level of customer service. very impressed.

Im sure you are going to check McDonalds out whatever i say in this review.Its a majour resteraunt chain.Im loving it :)

Black Boy Inn
The Black Boy Inn is a listed building situated within the historic town walls of the Royal borough of Caernarfon, a market town and is a world heritage site.
The Black Boy is a cracking pub and the food in the bar and restaurant is to be recommended. Depinatly the best place to have food in Caernarfon.

Its has a few outdoor seating areas.Theres also a childrens play area not related to the pub about 4m across from the pub.The street it is on is really narrow and is only for walkers so the park is really close and child friendly.

The food is really high quality and i have been told that the chips are a real speciality so have some of them while your visiting.

Only problem is parking for the Black Boy.Not sure where you can park as the car park to the side of it is now private.

Check it out if your in caernarfon

This Cafe is right in the middle of town on the Caernarfon sqaure.The square is currently being refurbished and the part where Cafe maes is has been compeleated.They have table and chairs outside so its really nice in warm weather to sit outside and have your food or drinks as you have an amazing view. The castle is right across the road to the cafe so it’s good to have a sit down and admire the view.

Real nice food served all days. It has a good selection on the menu and the waiting time is really low so no problems there.Reasnoable priced food and nice friendly staff.

Beware if you are sitting outside watch out for the seagulls. :)

Cofi Roc
Good night out to be had at Cofi Roc.It has the nightclub K2 below as well and also has the bar Oasis which you can have private functions at.

Cofi Roc is located on the maes/sqaure in Caernarfon which is right in the middle of town. It’s a really modern and has a nice layout to it. It serves food as well. Not sure on the times etc but I know it does. The nightclub K2(formally known as paradox) which is directly underneath and partners Cofi Roc is excellent night out as well. You usually finish off here after you have been round all the other pubs in town. Its an old warehouse so it has a lot of character.

If you are a regular they have like a loyalty card called the black card. This entitles you to discounts on admission and on drinks so its worth having.

Sopna
Sopna is not the most convenient place to have an Indian Resteraunt.Its not in a town or a village its juts on a busy road in-between Rhosbodryal, caernarfon and Llanrug.

Sopna is an award winning resteraunt.I thinks it was voted best in Wales a couple years back. It’s not my local Indian but I go there if I fancy a change.

It’s a restaurant and a takeaway. I have never sat inside the restaurant and had food but takeaway food is fine. Best to ring ahead to avoid waiting time. Reasonable priced food.

Big car park for the restaurant so no need to worry bout where your putting the car. Would advice you to give it a go.

McDonalds
McDonalds Llandudno Junction is situated next to the multiplex cinema cineworld with surrounding fast food chains such as KFC and Pitza Hut. After I visit the cinema if i have food i always go to McDonalds they beat the other restaurants by far.

Its a really busy restaurant at times. Everyone rushes there after they have watched their films. The service is really good though as they have a few tills open and you don’t have to wait long. The drive thru times is really quick as well. Really polite, kind, freindly and helpful staff taking the orders.

Food standards are high as well really fresh. Cleanliness is important as well and the restaurant is really nice and tables are cleaned at instant.

Lovley Place
Just started going to the Newborough Arms due to my friend recently moving to the village. It’s the bets pub ever. Really nice friendly atmosphere. The staff are all friendly and really make you feel at home.

They have a quiz night every Tuesday night that’s my usual evening. Really good quiz and full of fun even if we get last every week :( .

Got your usual pub games. Pool Darts and a few fruit machines.

They serve food here as well at the restaurant at the back. I have not had food here yet but plan to do so soon. I have heard it’s really tasty.

Chinese Takeaway

I usually head down to lees for some dinner. Can be very busy at weekend so there is a wait.

They are open dinner time as well and they act as a chip shop. They do great deals for food and they are really cheap. At night time the start serving the proper Chinese meals. I can’t comment on the Chinese meals as I’m not a great fan of it. When I go there I have Chips Rice and Curry Sause.They do like a meal deal where you get half chips with half fried rice and curry sauce on top for £2.50 which is not bad for the amount you get. Some times you get some free prawn crackers chucked in. Depends how much you spend I guess.

Rascals
I usually go to Rascals on a Sunday afternoon just to chillax.Small Cafe Bar but really good atmosphere.

I haven't been there when its busy.Theres a pool table there and a few fruit machines. TV screens to watch the football as well.

The layout and design is not very good. I think it needs a little modernisation and a lick of paint but its not bad. They have just converted the upstairs of what I have seen over the weekend. I have no idea what’s happening there as it’s not open yet.

They have a massive mirror in the bar as well the biggest I have ever seen. Really cool feature.

Nice relaxing environment 8/10
