a floating museum
HMS Belfast is great and the only way to describe it is as a floating museum. I think it’s is a really good way of remanding ourselves of the hard work of service men and women by having a real battleship permanently docked on the Thames. Inside the ship is great with loads of interactive video screens and lots of replica parts of a real ship. There is loads of stuff o see like the radar screens and sonar and stuff. Walking on the deck is also really fun as you able to see a lot of the area around the Thames even though you are not very high up.

cheap fun
It's great to see an independent cinema thriving in the sea of multiplexes and chains in the west end. Tickets start from about 1 pound 50 here which a heck of a lot cheaper than the Odeon round the conner. The movies always tend to be older or cult release that have finished their run in the bigger cinemas. I sometimes go here with friends when I am out in London as it is nearly always showing a good film despite only having one screen. Also the seats are great and really comfortable. Beneath the cinema there’s a bar and you are allowed to bring drinks into the showings.

A Great Show
After the refurbishment a few years ago this place has moved on leaps and bounds and has really good productions such has mama-mia. I found mama-mia just hilarious and the venue lends its self very well to these kinds of productions with its central location right in the middle of Leister square is great for coming in on the tube. If you want I cheap ticket here I would really advise searching the internet for cheap advance tickets. I really enjoyed both the production and the venue and it was easy to get to from the venue and there is plenty of stuff to do before your show if you arrive early.

Museum contained inside the Bank of England which tells the tale of the bank of England from its foundation and founding in the Royal Charter in 1694 to its current function in recent years as the national bank . The museum houses very old gold bars to modern gold bullion used from trading and the gold standard. The bank also houses a very special collection of coins and a unique collection of banknotes. There are unexpected antiques also housed in the museum such as muskets, swords, guns and cannons dating from when the bank had to defend itself from attack. The bank holds documents from many notable costumers.

Fabric is one hell of a club stretched across three massive floors. This has got to be one of the best clubs I have ever been to. The door is a little pricey so I would advise buying in advance and this also saves having to queue up for ages as the queues are always long. The setting for the club is also cool and trendy right in the middle of Farringdon. The music is a mix of electro and drum and base. Drinks tend to be a reasonable price for London. Remember that you will need to dress up to be able to fit in well. Fabric is one hell of a club strechted across three massive floors. This has got to be one of the best clubs i have ever been to.

Scary? Not quite, maybe the prices
Not Worth It

I have visited the London dungeons several times before they did it up and I always thought it to be quite fun. The last time I visited was after the refurbishment and I was disappointed as I feel that they have dumbed down the museum and turned it into a kind of theme park. There’s no more exhibits on torture because they have been replaced with rides. The prices are also far too high for this kind of attraction and the amount of queuing is appalling. The only entertainment comes from the actors who slip in out of character all the time especially when talking to one another.

Absolutely one of the best places to visit in the capital. The palace is incredibly attractive and there is a bunch of history that is well explained with the incorporated audio guide. A drawback is that there isn’t really that much to see I completed the tour in less than 2 hours and it isn’t exactly cheap.You are not allowed to take photographs within the palce.
I robustly propose that you buy tickets on-line prior to visiting so you can avoid having to queue in the morning
Overall, highly recommended unless you are on a fixed funds in which case just watch the changing of the guard.

Royal Albert Hall
The Hall is a very striking and recognisable building. It’s probably the world’s best venue for music. I have been here many times and enjoyed it very much every time
A word of advice before you buy tickets its well worth checking out the incredibly helpful seating plan on the Hall's website. Because the Hall is so vast and is spherical in shape, the seats that face the stage directly are quite far from the stage. All of the seats in the circle are also quite from the stage. If you find your self seated in the circle i would advise hiring binoculars.

lacking soul
The academy plays host to loads of great acts such as Franz Ferdinand and kings of Leon and the like. The sound in here just works perfectly and the acoustics are just superb. I have been to loads of great gigs here but every time something always feels just a little wrong. I now know what it is it’s the setting it just seems wrong to have a concert hall in the middle of a shopping centre and that’s whats wrong with places like the millennium dome or the 02. I think London needs more purpose built venues for live music and quickly. Great gigs but no soul.

Great Value
Imli Restaurant is situated in the centre of London’s Soho. The restaurant is run by the same people as the tamarind restaurant that i think won a Michelin star. Imli takes an Indian slant on the Spanish food tradition of tapas . The decor is very colourful and vibrant decked with dark wood floors and ambient lighting. Staff are very friendly and recommend for you to order about 3 dishes per person which is great for light dinner. They serve cobra here which is now a must for all Indian restaurant. Overall very reasonably priced quality food in central London. In one word bargin.
