Sometimes you don't realise there's something missing in your life until it comes along, as was the case with eat17 waffle house! Pretty straightforward concept - everything comes on a waffle, from bacon and eggs, green thai curry, and a delicious malteser waffle in which every malteser comes in it's own individual waffle hole.

Great beer selection too - Brooklyn lager, Coopers sparkling ale and the other usual suspects.

And then there's the name... Until I saw the place with my own two eyes I didn't believe that somebody (obviously a comedy genius) had come up with such a brilliant name!

Friendly and intimate local curry house. Great modern design - somehow they've made a small room seem much bigger. Big portions too! Can highly recommend the veg thali, and according to my carnivorous friends the meat-dishes are tasty too.
