What can I say about this place? It is an absolute dive! Honestly, I regret going there, and I ended up with diarrhoea for a day afterwards! I did think whilst eating there that the lamb balti we had tasted a little funny, almost like it was out of a Pathaks jar that you can get from any local supermarket, but we didn’t think anything of it at the time. Big mistake. There must have been something wrong with it as I spent a lot of time on the toilet afterwards. I would avoid this “restaurant” at all costs as they clearly do not know what they are doing.

I like this restaurant’s staff, they were very helpful because we brought with us 2 new couples from india, they were very helpful and open to them for explaining about their ingredients, one couple were strict vegetarians and one couple just ate halal meat. I was glad that staff could help them otherwise it would be difficult for me to deal with them individually and of course I have my two children to deal with as well. The food was good, especially the lamb bhoona and chicken madras were very delicious and fresh. Also they gave some extra discount because we booked in advanced which was nice of them.

There was some very nice food here, and the prices were fairly reasonable too. The quantity of the food was satisfactory as well. We really liked the desserts. I had a traditional Indian dessert that was like nothing I have ever tasted before but is definitely something I will have again, although I can’t remember the name. I will just point at the picture in the menu the next time I go there! We went in the evening but I noticed they had a really good lunch time offer. It was something like 3 courses for eight pounds. I will probably go at lunchtime next time, and ask if they give me three desserts instead of a full meal, just kidding!

Very disappointed with the standard of service here. The staff did not have a good grasp of English and it was very difficult to get them to understand what we meant if we asked any slightly unusual questions. Anyway, we had a mixed kebab for starter, a very spicy chicken jalfrezi for the main, with egg rice and a keema naan on the side of it. The meat was not very tender so we ended up with digestive problems afterwards. The keema naan was awful. I thought there should be meat in that?! I would not at all recommend anyone to eat here, and would give obviously not go there again myself!

My kids loved this place. We had a comedy waiter that fancied himself as a bit of a comedian. They were quiet in the restaurant so he kept trying to entertain the kids, which was nice as it gave my wife and I some much needed time off! Anyone, apart from that guy, the rest of the staff gave me the impression of being very bored and that they didn’t want to be there. The food was so so, but they had some nice wines. The house white was very nice in particular. The choice of the food was a little overwhelming. The menu was huge. Something for everyone I think.

They have tried to make this place look new, fashionable, and trendy. All the furniture is quite modern. In fact, you would not know it was an Indian restaurant until you smell the food and see what the staff look like. It doesn’t have the feel of an Indian restaurant if you know what I mean. Saying that, the food was very nice, the drinks were good too, and so was the service. I would give this restaurant seven out of ten. It would have been more but I did not like the feel of the place to be honest. Each to their own I guess though.

It is very very cheap to eat here. Four of us went and ate for a total of about thirty nine pounds. We all had an alcoholic drink, a main course with either pilao rice or a naan bread, and also a dessert. All the food tasted very very fresh, but I would expect that as we went on a quiet day. I’m surprised there was not more people there to be honest as the quality of the food was excellent. The atmosphere was not the best, but you can’t have everything for that price. Still, the service was good, although as I said, it was quiet. Very much recommended.

This curry house is in an ideal location. It is very close to transport links to wherever you might want to come from or go to. It has lots of space inside with plenty of seating, and a lovely waiting area if you are unlucky enough to go at a busy time. The staff are all very friendly. The seating is good as is the cutlery, and I really like the atmosphere generated. Good Indian music was played while we were there and the food was of good quality. I would recommend this curry house to all, eight of out ten for this place. Yummy food.

These guys know how to cook. Whatever you want, they will cook it to perfection, even if it deviates from their menu. The chef even came out to check everything was to our liking, and boy, it was! I wish I was a millionaire as I would privately hire these chefs, they are that good. Anyway, I shall stop dribbling now. The restaurant itself was very nice, good decorations and lighting and atmosphere. Was very happy with the service too and the prices were totally fine. Top marks to this place, and I would be happy to eat there every night of the week. Ten out of ten.

We have been to this curry house a few times, and we always feel that we do not get quite enough food. This is particularly true of the rice, but they have the best naan breads on the planet! We do however love their take away service. They seem to give us so much more food. When we order for 2 people, we get so much that it could probably feed a third person as well! In fact, one of us always has the extra for lunch the next day. The prices are very reasonable as well, and I can whole heartedly recommend this place to all. Go there now!
