A hidden gem
The French team who brought Acre Lane the delightful Opus caf downstairs have converted the upper floors into a small bar and restaurant.

The menu is top quality European fare and the wine list is excellent.

The ambience is great too - the tables at the front have a clear view to Westminster Cathedral (it's not Big Ben).

Don't the the location confuse you - this is a great fine dining experience but not fusty or over fussy.

By the way, the entrance is on Branksome Road, not on Acre Lane - just to confuse you.
