Hi, Customer service is atrocious & staff attitude curt, dismissive, judgemental disdainfull & any attempts at

sociable interaction will be frustrating & probably misinterpreted. Portion quality, quantity & temperature

vary radically from one visit to another. They openly discourage patronage if one comments on any slight

disatisfaction & any eloquence or attempt to be diplomatiic will be frustratingly in vain. As I entered, a suited

gentleman was leaving empty handed & annoyed & shouting vitriolic invective & citing that they were bad

muslims (they aggressively disputed this).
I think the manager needs to address issues if he wishes to ATTRACT business. When it's good,the food is

excellent, but I now continue to choose to go elsewhere unless I see staff replaced. I feel they think that they are

beyond comparison as they are comparitively cheap, but for the same price you can buy 5 times that amount & self
cater. 10% price increase - Kilburn High Road chicken place by the State is cheaper & better.
