This is quite nice. I like the sausage sandwich. It's really easy to see from the road and is great if you just want somewhere to have a bite to eat on a long journey.

The Luxford Lounge
This is cosy and spacious, the seating is really comfortable and I think the decor. is great. They do really nice home cooked dishes and are really friendly. We go here often and find it really chid friendly. The service is fast and the waitresses are friendly speedy and efficient. Not too expensive and worth every penny even if you only have a side dish such as chips with cheese.

The Imperial
Very dark on the inside and there is a strict no child policy although they are allowed outside. If you try and go to the outside pub garden then you will be frightened out of your wits by a large barking dog. When I was with my friend and her children I had to ask them to bring the dog inside the children were so scared. Although I have made this sound bad they do serve a very cool, refreshing drink.

The Hand and Sceptre
This has good food a bar and an out door space it is situauted in clear view from the road so anyone can see it. Slightly pricy but worth it.

A good family place to eat
This has a cosy atmosphere and the staff are all helpful and friendly in the extremes. The food is quite good all thouugh the amount of time taken to prepare the food is slightly too long.
