I love this Place
What a gym! The staff are really helpful and friendly. The equipment is top of the range Technogym stuff. I have got to know a lot of the personal trainers in the 5 years that i have been training at Grays and can say that they are a very experienced and knowledgable team of proffesionals many of whom have degrees in Osteopathy, Physiotherapy and Sports Science. Their Prices are very reasonable too. The only downside is that they don't have a swimming pool.
