A great place for Polish food in Hammersmith/Chiswick.
Polanka offers great traditional Polish dishes.
It has also a little shop where you can buy cakes and othe Basics. The main Restaurant is in the rear. Some of the dishes are quite heavy but good.

Used to be the "In place"
This used to be one of the top places to be seen a few years ago. It still has a great setting. In a residential area. A little on the pricy side. Busy on Fr/Sa nights. I like it just for a glass of wine to get started.

The place has been in the area for ages.

A great place for a quick snack near China Town. It is already a London Institution with it's "upstairs" "downstairs". You will share a table with others but the sweet sour pork with rice is great. Tea at no charge. Basic but good
