Fantastic place. You can either sit at the bar, at a table, or on one of the sprawling beds. Choose a bed if it's quiet enough, and grab as many comfortable cushions as you can.

The food is ok, but not fantastic, but the drinks are wonderful. The fruit smoothies are awesome.

There's no problem with staying a long time either; we had a drink, then some lunch, then a few more drinks, then some more food - no problem.

There's also free WiFi, and plugs, so it should keep geeks happy too. A great place to do some weekend surfing.

The Pearl Bar
The Pearl Bar is a very nice cocktail bar; interesting decor (strings of pearls, hence the name), nice atmosphere, great drinks.

The selection of cocktails is great, and the bar staff are all pretty knowledgable, so don't be put off if you're not a cocktail expert. However, be prepared to pay around 10-15 a drink.

The Ten Bells
This pub is one of the nicest in this part of Norwich. It's fairly small, full of comfortable sofas and has a really nice atmosphere.

There's a lot of random decoration, including a red telephone box and the lighting is always nice; not dark, but moody. The music is generally very good too.

Koko
I went to Koko to see Basement Jaxx in the BBC Electric Proms. The place is amazing, a really pleasant change from the normal dank live music venues.

I'd love to go there on a club night to see what it's like.
