You can expect a great atmosphere in this little nook - it's usually buzzing here. Nothing fancy, either in the decor, on the menu or in the presentation, but plenty to keep you interested and keep you licking your chops. It's like eating in your auntie's kitchen. If your auntie was any good at tapas.

Wonderful service, extremely attentive but not in-your-face. Even the water glasses were topped up with the right water for each of our party. We dawdled over our meal until midnight and had a lovely evening. I don't think you can over-value good service!

It's a fairly expensive night out (well it is off Bond Street) for food which was... well "nice" is such an unhelpful adjective but describes my feelings towards all three courses. It was very competently prepared, well presented, enjoyable but for me it just didn't really shine.

Unlike the walls. Which were gold. Lots of gold. The effect of all this gold was to cast a strange beige light over everything, which was frankly a little odd. If you're going here on a hot date I recommend you wear a strong colour or you might disappear.

Try the barley coffee for an unusual alternative to decaf!

Dreadful.

Awful food in the worst traditions of 70s restaurants in this country. Rude service. Tawdry decor, table cloths are a terrible synthetic crushed velvet covered with a white paper disposable cloth. Oh and don't forget the white paper napkins, just like you get in your local greasy spoon.

Beautiful food! and a relaxed and informal atmosphere, which might surprise you given the prices. Service was friendly but not unctuous.

Don't be caught out with a late reservation though - it's a residential street so licensing laws mean they will kick you out before 11.30 on a Saturday.

Great for a stroll down the river to walk off a beautiful lunch; don't forget to peer in the window at Richard Rogers next door to look at the architectural models.

It's good value for good food, but you're not going to get a long lazy lunch here. It's all about a quick turnaround, so if you're hurry it's ideal.

A great place for a shopping trip pit-stop or a quick bite at lunchtime; the menu is not huge but has decent variety and served quickly. Not the best dim sum I've ever had but definitely the most up-to-date - the interior uses dark wood and clean lines, service is efficient if not friendly and presentation is excellent.
Teas and cocktails are worth investigating.
