Many hours have I spent here relaxing the day away. I like it because it is good value for money, it is not pretencious and there is a good choice of spa experiences. They often do good deals for "twilight spa" and you don't have to be holidaying at Center Parcs to visit.
The best treatment I've had done here is the Serail Mud treatment. Great messy, fun treatment to have with your partner, though not ideal if you are claustraphobic as the tiny room and the hot temperature can become a bit overwhelming.
The only reason I've given them 4* rather than 5* is during my last visit it was packed to the rafters with hen parties/girly groups getting gradually drunk, making it the not as relaxing experience that it should me. I also didn't think the Immaculate Manicure was good value for money (it lasted 35 min rather than the 55 min and the nail varnish chipped after a day). I've been here many times before and this was the first time I've had something negative to say about the place.
