After visiting Esporta health club last bank holiday weekend i felt blown away. The staff where wonderful the boy on reception Richard was very helpful and made us very welcome. He even gave us a free cup of coffee on arrival! The place was spotless and you could see the management there was to a high standard. I have lived in Cwmbran for many years and i couldn’t believe this was here! And I’ve been missing out for so long!! The membership price was a little expensive but for what you got it actually worked out to be quite reasonable! I just stoped smoking and it works out allot cheaper per month than that! Any way back to the facilities they had a fantastic gym no posers! Just people who want to stay in good health and they seemed very nice members.... they had a great selection of bikes tredmills w8s power plates and other exercise things :S i don’t know the correct terms but i never had to w8 to use anything. There was also a FREE STUDIO with lots of different classes available all in the price of my new membership!
The pool was 25meters and a nice temp it wasn’t too deep so my kids could paddle with out me worrying. They had a fantastic spa area with a hydro pool sauna and steam room they also have a spa pool but it was being installed when I was there.

Any way to the important part the FOOD :P great experience good choice good coffee (costa coffee shop as a franchise there very cool!!!

stayed at this hotel a few times each time trying a different type of room and if i would recomend the pent house room..... £100 a night what a bargain!! your looking at paying alot more else where for a room like that! its got a hot tub and its fantastic for a romantic weekend :P great location great staff and if you are not happy just tell reception i did and they sorted the problem out str8 away!

love the place my fav pizza there is the caj chick one , although my other fav is roma with hot beef and lots of h+g :P yum yum, great place good value nice staff, the dark haird tall guy was v hot tho Rich i think is name was :P yum id have him on a 14inch any time
