Desperately PoorWe visited Palmiro with high expectations. Upon arrival the restaurant was empty - not a good sign! Unfortunately our worst fears were realised upon reciept of the first, second and third courses (INC DRINKS!). Food was of a really poor disappointing quality, esp. the risotto being reheated and dry. Unfortunately, while eating my main course (chicken supreme) I also discovered a large curly black hair in my food. We noticed on departure that the chef had a large curly head of hair.
