the Chablis is a bargainI agree pretty much with the other reviews - take a chance and let them bring you delicious food...BUT last time I was there (in fact every time I've been there) we have enjoyed superior (Billaud-Simon) premier cru Chablis at a bargain price. because it's lightly oaked, it is remarkably versatile and i think CAN handle the spice.
