Found this place by accident, searching on the internet for yoga in my area. Never done yoga before, and this place is perfect for people new to yoga, but also very experience levels ( see the walking around thinking, one day it might be me!:)

Loved all the teachers so far ( always change my mind about the time i want to come in), but now sticked to Jesse who does 1.15pm session and is full of very positive energy. I am very grateful that I found this special place, brings you back to yourself.
Also tried 2 sessions of the alternative medicine - with massage and very helpful too!
