Don't eat here! my friend and I found slugs (live ones crawling across our plate) and subsequently felt sick and were unable to eat any of the food... to add insult to injury the staff were very rude and argumentative when we asked for a refund! we were told that 'it wasn't a big deal' and that 'it's only a slug!'.....
absolutely unbelievable- the staff here are so unprofessional! went away feeling quite sick and very angry that they had argued with us- will definitely make sure everyone i know knows how awful this place is!

Popular with the local community, from grannies to students. Sit back and watch the world go by while enjoying one of their many specials, including halloumi cheese salad with lime & caper dressing, or vegetable & ricotta lasagne for the veggies, who are excellently catered for. Breakfast famed round here. Bar revamp planned. Look out for house ice creams in the summer.
