upmarket food that tastes like proper italian foodWent to Zizzi on a Sunday afternoon, by recommendation of a friend. Wasn't disappointed: the waitress was friendly and quick to find us a place to sit. It wasn't full, but there was a considerable amount of people for a Sunday. The atmosphere is good, decoration is modern and it feels very spacious, with the huge wood oven dominating the kitchen.
We had a garlic pizza/bread as starter, it came quickly and tasted good. My portion of rigatoni with chicken and mushrooms was generous, and the chilli olive oil offered to us added an extra tingle to the food, that tasted fresh and delicious, like something that could have been cooked by my Italian grandma.
