Olde WorldeIn my opinion its the 2nd best boozer in NW3 after the hill across the road. First up its a huge old victorian boozer that retains its olde world charm.The locals are friendly enough around here. Good selection of beers on offer and the Thai food is excellent at Â£5 a plate. I love the upstairs with its battered leather sofas. A good spot for a party. Downstairs the beer garden is a must in the summer. big and plenty of seats.
Lovely olde pub thats not been changed inside for a long long time. I only hope it stays that way

Love this placeYears ago it was just a downtrodden boozer situated on the cusp of a hill in NW3. Now its a fully fledged gastro pub with an upmarket twang. Beer prices are ok Â£3.30 pint, its the food thats the killer. Lovely grub dont get me wrong. but Â£13 quid for bangers and mash is excessive by anyones standards. In saying this the outside area is handy in the summer and i just love the layout of the place, its funky but not flashy. The staff are decent enough also.All in all a lovely place for a night out..

could do betterIt all depends what your lookking for in the Five Bells. If you want cheaper priced drinks.. then this is the place.. if you want to watch the football.. again its decent enough with 4 screens to choose from.. if you want something decent to eat then stay well clear of here. the food is terrible. Its cheap on the one hand but not quite served as it should be. I prefer my food cooked. not microwaved, but to keep prices down this is what the majority tend to do now which is a shame.
For a pub of its size and its fairly large it could and should do better..

excellentEast end food and wine is a handy place thats open till 11pm every night. its sells all your usual suspects, food, booze, fags,milk, bread, all the basics and more. the new owners are very friendly also..

The organic manGrahams is a decent enough place to buy your organic produce but be warned its fairly pricey.
2 decent sized lamb chops will set you back Â£10!!!
In saying that its always full of customers so they must be doing something right.

the bestDr Hunger is the best cafe in North London bar none!!.
Every working day its rammed full of local builders and locals.
Staff are friendly and prices are great compared to some.
I would recommend this to anyone who has had trouble finding a decent greasy spoon in North London.

one of the bestGerties is one of the best pubs around if not the best. football on 4 screens. Cheap beer ( for London), friendly bar staff and patrons and excellent Thai food..
