Lip-smacking ChineseThe Oriental Condor is opposite Oxford Station and the Said Business School. You can't miss it - it's the one with the ducks roasting on a spit in the window.

Inside it's very much cafeteria style rather than upmarket restaurant. A lot of Chinese people eat here though, which is always a good sign!

The menu is huge, so there's something for everyone. Vegetarians are well catered for. All of your Chinese restaurant favourites are available, and well done. The prawn toasts have more prawn on than anywhere else I've ever been!

Shop & stopThe Costa outlet inside Waterstones is a nice place to have a sit down and a cup of coffee if you're having day out shopping in Oxford. It's upstairs, but you can take the lift. They make great coffee, and there's a range of cold drinks available too. The service is relaxed, so don't go there if you're in a hurry, and the nibbles are very expensive. Good for groupsAsk is a great place to take a group of friends because it has the sort of menu that appeals to a wide range of people.

The food is good, the service is good, and if you've got a large party they have a downstairs room. A Chinese treasureIf run-of-the-mill Chinese restaurants have given you a jaded palate, then Henry Wong's is the place to go.

The service is friendly and efficient, and the decor modern and understated.

The real draw is the menu. You can do a lot worse than to choose one of the set meals. We ordered the set meal for 4 and were blown away by the minced pork in lettuce starter. Crispy duck, chicken, prawn and beef dishes followed that were equally tasty. Changing one of the portions of egg fried rice to plain rice was not a problem.

The portion sizes were well judged - we ate everything put in front of us and then had room for dessert. Fill your belly, then dance it offIt's easy to walk past Du Liban, as the entrance it just a doorway - the restaurant is upstairs. Those who find it, though, are never disappointed.

The atmosphere is friendly and laid-back. There's always someone ready to help you navigate the menu, but you can also take the easy option of the 'all you can eat' buffet - they bring an endless selection of food and you get to try their most popular dishes.

There's plenty of Lebanese favourites on the menu, including falafel and pitta bread. Veggies and meat-eaters alike will find something to their liking.

On Friday and Saturday evenings there's a belly dancer who will attempt to lure you into joining her for a shimmy, and she can be hard to resist!
