Location: 191 Cricklewood Broadway, NW2 3HT, London, United Kingdom

Phone: 020 8450 5505

Tags: cultured, poetry readings, top food, amazing brew
Can you put a price on perfection?Apparently, you can. Pedro's have gone and done it.

Despite their t-shirts being grammatically incorrect; this lovable gaff features, perhaps, the very best cuisine in London.

The waitresses are polite, friendly and are all good material as potential brides - if you have the money to marry these days. I did have a favourite, but she seems to have been snapped up already by an eligible chap. Fortunately, the turnover of waitresses is quite high, so it's really just a matter of time before I find a new suitable future bride.

Back to the food. Pedro's must have written the book on the "All-Day Breakfast". They serve it at the perfect temperature, with good portions, a good variety of savoury items and within a decent timeframe. You get an all-inclusive breakfast consisting of:

Toast
chips
Beans
Hash browns
Black pudding
Bacon
Fried mushrooms
Fried egg
Sausage
Tea/Coffee

- All for the sum of £5.65! If that's not a bargain, then my names not David Dickinson! For legal reasons, I should point out that it's not in fact David Dickinson or anything similar to it.

Other gourmet options available to the clientèle include:

Sausage and Mash
Beans and Mash
Sausage Sandwich
Chips
Chips and Mash
Toast
Toast and Mash
Spam and Mash

Tomato Ketchup and Salt are usually provided a la carte.

There's a strict dress code of no suits or smart, expensive clothing.

All joking aside, Pedro's probably really is one of the best local cafes in London with excellent service and prices.

Bon Appétit!
