The staff are generally very helpful and the service is efficient without being rushed. Having been a number of times over the last few years this impression remains constant.<br /><br />It may be worth also noting that the review suggesting this was the "worst cafe" that reviewer had ever visited was posted on Jan 2nd... it could be that the staff and/or the reviewer were not at their best just after Hogmanay? An understandable and forgivable state in either case.]]></description>
