Great family restaurantBeautiful setting, idea for all. Original mill house with surviving feeder lake, wheel race and wheel; water runs through the middle of the restaurant.

Especially caters for family with a downstairs area reserved for families with small kids - there is a little padded room the young kids can run around in. Good food but very very expensiveWhat should have been an enjoyable meal was spoiled by charges that made our eyes bulge. The good was good but quite modest portions.

My memory of the event is fogged by alcohol, I expect, but I recall dinner for 12 people being £990. The set banquet was about £35 but the charges came with 10 bottles of £28 wine, cocktails and coffees that were £10 a piece!
