Although there is a restaurant and a bar, my overall feeling about this place was that the bar was taking over. The food was alright but not really oustanding. It is more of a place where you go to, rather than to enjoy a great meal. So if you are after a place to enjoy a drink and then have a dinner between friends from the media world... That is probably the place to go in this area.

Great little restaurant. Nice diversity on the menu and authentic Spanish treats. The service was good and the prices fine. A good choice.

Not sure about the food, but the beer here (Urquell, Budvar) is fantastic.

Feels like going into a working men's club (old school - not too many of these type of places still in London) and at the same time, like stepping into Eastern Europe (in a good way). Pictures of ice hockey players abound, and bright lighting, but, at least for me, that's just part of the appeal.

Also try the Beckerovka (spelling?) a medicinal Czech digestif, similar to Jagermeister, which is apparently a cure for stomach ache.

A real one-off. I love it.

You can expect a great atmosphere in this little nook - it's usually buzzing here. Nothing fancy, either in the decor, on the menu or in the presentation, but plenty to keep you interested and keep you licking your chops. It's like eating in your auntie's kitchen. If your auntie was any good at tapas.

I have visited this place many times but I was there last weekend and the food was not very good. We had pancakes that were all burned and generaly the tase of food was not as good as usually. They probably changed the chef or something. It used to be really good place to eat but now they do not cook as good as before and sometimes you are forced to wait too long to get your food.

But the beer taste is still the same!!!

The Bush Bar and Grill is an attractive looking restaurant and bar located in Shepherds Bush - it is probably the classiest place in the area. When it first opened you really felt you were dining as part of the in-crowd, such was the vibe.

There is a great cocktail bar which is the perfect place to meet friends for a drink before your meal, and the cocktails come highly recommended ; ) The dining area is sleek and there is a private dining area at the end.

I have eaten here several times with friends and never been disappointed. They serve up particularly good red meat - the Whole Rib of Beef (for 2 people) is usually very good.

Carluccios is always a safe bet if you want a nic e meal. The food isn't your authentic Italian but it is tasty and comes at a reasonable price. Staff are friendly and the tiramisu quite nice.

When you get there you feel like coming into your's mum kitchen. You can taste anything you want. Selection of tapas is endless.
