The Balham and Tooting Carnival is a unique multi-cultural event that aims to foster community spirit in a celebration of the music, cuisine, arts and entertainment of this diverse and vibrant South London community.
Highlights of the carnival include:

* Licensed bar area
* Arts and crafts stalls
* Family and childrenâ¬"s area
* Music and art workshops
* Theatre productions
* Childrenâ¬"s fun fair

Staged by M4C Events Ltd, the fundraising arm of childrenâ¬"s charity Music4Children, The Balham and Tooting Carnival is a key part of the charityâ¬"s ethos to use music to educate and financially improve the lives of children, both locally and abroad.


All profits will benefit local charities; Re-Play Music (Merton Abbey Mills), Raw Material Music and Media (Brixton), the Friends of the Neo Natal Unit at St. George's Hospital (Tooting) and Music4Children - all of which are working to improve the lives of children in South London.


The event will also promote eco-sustainability, both in the way it's produced - using green energy, recycling and waste reduction initiatives - and by raising awareness of environmental issues.


The Balham and Tooting Carnival lends itself naturally as an excellent marketing platform with opportunities to increase brand awareness, sell product in volume and interact with potential clients through promotional activity. With an expected attendance of 30,000, the event is a unique opportunity to conduct market research or product trials on a sizeable captive market.

Base Mosquito and Exit BarJust returned from the madness that i have experienced on last Friday at Exit Bar. Absolutely brilliant. I have never seen Exit Bar that busy and lively. That band Base Mosquito was playing again. Oh.... man it was unbelievable. Can't believe the power of that music is out of this world.

Base Mosquito -Exit BarGreat sets by the "Base Mosquito". What a 3 piece band.
The fantastic live electronica + percussions and vocals totally blended with the friendly atmosphere of the Exit Bar.

Can't wait for there next gig and I have heard that it will be on the 13th of June Friday.
