An oasis in a food desertThat's 'desert', not 'dessert', by the way.

Easily the best place for a decent meal in the New Cross / Lewisham area.

Try to avoid the tables right by the grill and oven - things get a little warm. For that reason it's always worth booking, even midweek, because it seems to be busy every night.

The wine list is (almost?) exclusively Turkish.
