Super Hit BarBasically, tries too hard, and doesn't succeed at any. If it wants to be a bit more 'trendy' they may wanna improve who they let in late at night.

As for the title of the review, you really should take the 'uper' out of 'super' to describe this place.

Top grubOk so it can get busy, but it kicks the 'wotsits' out of the brick lane (gravy curry joints).

The best 'panjabi' style food you'll find in the area. The service is efficient, which is just what you need in a place like this.

It doesn't get much better this side of southall, green st or brum.

It doesn't get a 5* though, as you can never beat authentic indian/panjabi food in India/Pak itself or when its homecooked by people from that region.

Only tip i can give is that, if you don't wanna smell of spices afterwards don't order a 'sizzler' as that stuff is like a volcano, the fumes are just toxic (in a good way)

I like cup-cakesI like cakes, and for a few years now i've been getting Cupcakes from here. Yes they ain't cheap, but then again they are quite 'rich' and even for a man with my appetite, i can't really eat more than one in a sitting.

Tip: Avoid (or remove) the silver balls on some of them, unless you have very good dental insurance. This things would break Superman's teeth.

The plainer ones i find are nicer than the fancier ones.

i like ice cream! Title kind of says it all, this place has ice cream that reminds you of the those Gelato's you have on holidays in Italy.

The service is also reminiscent of 'those small places in Italy that are run by older fellow's rather than the 'starbucks generation'. (In Fouberts theres an old couple there who have served me on the occasions i've been there).

Can also have coffee and other cafe style food there. On a hot day there can be queues.

Chips and Peanut sauce and a touch of mayo! The place is chilled out (if a bit hot inside on warmer days, oxymoron alert!). If peckish try the chips with lashings of peanut sauce and mayo. Quite a nice way to soak up some of the beers on tap. With the Euro's (2008) going on at the moment, this is usually rammed with dutch fans (from memory of euro 2004)

Top thai Well chiswick appears to have a good selection of Thai places. My other fave the turnham green cafe is about 10mins away. But that was closed this particular evening, so had to find another place on my way home. So gave this a try.

Couldn't fault it, the service was tops (the staff were simply brilliant), the food was real good (i had the jungle curry, which was nicy nice), the interior was clean and well done. Will definitely be back, (well depending on the route i take through chiswick, as the turnham green cafe has always been a personal fave).

ok place in shoreditch villageNow this place is ok (theres worse bars, but theres better), overall nothing too memerable for me. Downstairs theres a bit of a dancefloor, and its quite dingy. Plenty of drinks and japanese beers on tap. Usually its crowded so guess it must appeal to some folks. The finest stadium this side of barcelonaThis stadium has seen many legends past and present grace its hallowed turf. A place where 'total' football is played week in week out. At the Holte End you get to sing along with some of the funniest supporters in the whole of the UK. The food there is also of the highest standard with the famous 'balti pie' available within the ground. Nearby there is a number of pubs, typically we go to the scream bar on the UCE campus before a game, which is good value.

not the best kfc in the worldThis is one of your more busy KFCs, due to its handy location. On the many occasions i have frequented this establishment the food quality has varied. The chicken tends to be a bit on the oily side and at peak hours (8pm+ on a friday, when you could find yourself in a queue for 5-10mins) also finding a table with a window view can be difficult (almost impossible)at these times. However on the positive side they don't charge for sauce.

good tunes and friendly crowdFrom what i can remember (alcohol has a habit of degrading my memory these days!) the crowd was friendly and cool, the drinks were served quickly and on the night i went there was some good drum and bass playing.

So all in all a great time was had in this place. and just round the corner theres a kebab place.
