Hotels in Leeds have been my place to stay at for ages now,staying here as a student has been quite hard.I found this place on my first week here,the prices here are really expensive as well.They offer breakfast,dinner and tea though with their packages here.

I like boutique hotels. It's almost a hobby now after years of Marriotts. The calls is middle of the road but boutique is a nice road to be on, the neighbors are nice and there is little trash.
