I like this place. Although the service can be a bit slow at the bar, the prices are good and the staff are polite. The food is relatively good for a Whetherspoons pub, you always get what you ask for, promptly, cooked well, and nicely presented. It's a Wetherspoons pub, but it is one that they've done up and it really looks good for it. Good nosh, excellent drinks selection and all very cheap. Especially nice in good weather as they open up the front of the pub and you get a nice bit of sun in.
