When we came here, they seemed to be doing some sort of heavy renovation. The entire downstairs was gutted and there was a lot of dust. The dining room was upstairs, and upon entering it was very busy. We were seated at an extremely wobbly table with a paper tablecloth.

I'm completely new to Peruvian food so I can't really comment on how authentic it was. I started with a cod ceviche which was enormous, I could barely believe it. It was delicious, just the right balance of lime.

The mains were fairly unremarkable, considering what was memorable was the sheer volume of food. None of us finished our dishes, however delicious they were.

Lost of food, you won't be able to finish your dish! You will find the traditional ceviche (fresh fish with lemon) and chicha morada (corn based drink).
