This place is quite a strange mix of things - shops, arcade, bar, pool, and food. Iâ¬"m not quite sure what or who this place is trying to cater for. Itâ¬"s true that there are a lot of kids hanging around the arcade but isnâ¬"t that who itâ¬"s aimed at. There is also a bar and pool area tucked away, if you can find it. There are various shops there but itâ¬"s not somewhere you immediately think to go shopping at either. So, I think this place is lacking in some direction and being in the centre of London, it could try harder. Well this place is quite strange. To find such a big arcade in the center of London was quite a surprise but what is more shocking is the amount of so called 'Chavs' that congregate there. I know chavs are not exactly uncommon but they do seem to be attracted to Trocadero, which can sometimes be slightly intimidating.
Another problem with Trocadero is the escalators. Now the layout of this place is quite a mystery for me. my friends and I only really go there if we fancy a good go on the dance mats but to get there you have to go all around the whole place up escalators and down stairs. If i hadnt been shown where to go, then i think i would have gotten lost for sure.

Everyone knows this place - not a good thing.

As a twelve year old it was the coolest place to go and hang out with my mates but now as an adult it is a dive.

Overpriced games machines and sweet shops and crawling with chavvy children.

I wouldn't go near here with a barge pole. This place is a shocker, except for - two words - Air Hockey.

If you're meeting someone for a night out in town, then by the Air Hockey tables at the Trocadero is better than Eros (and it's warm in the winter) and you can start the evening off with an Air Hockey tournament and maybe throw in a little Daytona. Just be sure to leave as soon as you're done, don't buy anything, don't speak to anyone, don't tell anyone you went there and - for the love of god! - please don't eat anything there.
