I never really enjoy my stay at Hiltons. I get this paranoid feeling that they're trying to rip me off... The Olympia was no exception.

On leaving our room in the morning we were greeted by the woman next door arguing with the waiter as she'd been charged £17.99 for scrambled egg on toast. He informed her that breakfast was this price, whatever the order.

It's a 3 star at best, the rooms are small and our view was of the dismal area in between the blocks - all pipes and grey. The staff are rubbish too.

It's location is a short walk from the Kensington High Street which is good, but it's in Zone 2 on the tube which is bad.

This is a 3 star hotel that has been classified as a four star. The reception is nice and looks like you have entered a four star hotel but once inside the hotel you realise that the carpets are old and dated and the rooms are small and in need of an update. The staff on the other hand were brilliant, they tried their best to sort the problem we had when checking in, the room wasnt ready at 6.30 pm so we were given a drinks voucher for the bar. We then returned to the reception to be told we had a leaking toilet in our room. We were made to wait a longer but the reception staff were very pleasant.
