Here you pay a standard price, and then you can eat as much as you... can fill you bow with meat, fish and vegetables!! With you bow then you go to the chef and he will cook you dish in front of you, with a BBQ.

At the Mongolian BBQ you pick your own ingredients from the counter - veggies, meat, fish, spices, sauces. Then you take it to the BBQ and the chefs cook it for you while you wait. It is basically stir fried on a big grill and served with rice or noodles.

The beauty of this is that you can pay for one trip, or (more fun) unlimited trips and have as many dinners as you like! Once seated you're given instructions on how to order by the friendly waiting staff. However, for the tired post-work eater [that would be me, then], the whole process was somewhat confusing.
Food is served in a buffet format but raw - pick your food, put in your bowl and it's cooked for you in a stir fry. For one serving it's a huge £8, unlimited adds another £6 onto this so if you're looking to get your pennies worth then stock up.
My beef was tough, the restaurant dark [dingy, not atmospheric] and my plate was whisked away before I had a chance to mop up my sauce with the prawn crackers.
