I haven't been to Conor's for quite a while after being put off by the rude and pushy staff that were inflicted on the public the last time I was there. It had been quite a favourite of mine for a long time. I recall a particularly good Sunday lunch there that has stayed clearly in my memory. Interesting building, full of nice pictures by Blackshaw or Shawcross, I always get them mixed up. Hopefully the attitude I came across the last time I went in has gone as the food was always nice if a little overpriced for what it was. This is a small restaurant with a splendid menu, friendly atmosphere, pleasing, fresh food, licensed, well placed beside Queen's University and opposite the Ulster Museum.
