Whilst the hotel is well located for the tourist, it is in dire need of a renovation. With potentially great views of Kensington Garden and the surrounding area, the hotel is let down by the 70s feel of the rooms which have in most cases had very little updating beyond DVD players and Flatscreens. In the six years I have been to the hotel as a conference guest, they have seemingly only updated the bar.
